About Us

The Carpet Cleaning Association of WA (formerly known as Advantage Group of Carpet Cleaners) was formed in 2001, with its founding members having previously completed formal training with the Australian Carpet Cleaning Institute (ACCI). Networking together, we felt it important to continue building and sharing our knowledge-base, supporting each other and elevating the image and reputation of the industry.

With members attending ongoing meetings, workshops and training, we continue to advance ourselves with an outstanding list of qualifications. Among these, in May 2005 our members became the first in Australia to achieve Certificate II in Asset Maintenance (PRM20604), a nationally recognised accreditation.

The Carpet Cleaning Association of WA is now recognised as a benchmark for excellence in the carpet cleaning industry, and its members are sought after as the first choice of discerning customers in Western Australia.

The Association provides members with opportunities to ensure their vehicles and equipment are tested and examined annually, promoting awareness and adherence to WHS requirements. We support this through training, compliance education, and member-focused resources.

Carpet Cleaning Association of WA members guarantee their work complies with the Australian Standard (AS/NZS-3733/2018).

Make no mistake; carpet cleaning is a science that requires skills and expertise that can only be obtained with formal training.
